The Product Group Strategy (PGS) sets out which railway engineering materials we have chosen to standardise and manage to ensure prudent, cost-effective and sustainable operations.

Column P shows when the latest change was made for the category or contract number in question. Column W includes a brief description of the latest change.
The PGS lists all agreements included in the strategy, including how the agreements are governed.
Some products must be purchased under our framework agreements and will be delivered by our own logistics function.
Transport or contractors obtaining materials themselves is also permitted, provided that they meet the technical requirements and that data is recorded in accordance with our requirements.
The PGS also includes descriptions for each contract, such as the items that can be purchased under the contract and information about how to place orders.
