This agreement is entered into between Bane NOR as the tenderer and the customer as the buyer.
The agreement includes an app for payment of car and bicycle parking, and is valid from the time the customer accepts the terms and conditions and payment is made.
An agreement for car parking requires that the customer has a valid period ticket for trains.
Bane NOR can automatically and immediately terminate agreements where it turns out that payment with a registered payment card is incorrect, or that a period ticket for trains is not valid.
Parking conditions
The agreement is valid for the period stated in the agreement.
For commuter parking agreements, the customer must renew the agreement when it expires.
The agreement for bike hotel is ongoing and the subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the period. The customer must cancel the subscription themselves.
Bane NOR may terminate the agreement if Bane NOR ceases to offer the service, changes the service significantly or for other reasons does not maintain the service.
Upon termination of the agreement, the parties' unsettled obligations to each other, including the customer's outstanding payment obligations, do not lapse.
The agreement gives the customer the right to use the service to pay for parking.
For the products purchased by Customer via the App, Customer agrees that registered payment cards will be charged at the then-current prices, including taxes and service fees.
Bane NOR can change the price of parking agreements with 14 days' notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the registered payment card is valid, has coverage and is not blocked. If the service does not work or is unavailable, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for payment in another way.
Payment card registration and payment are processed by Bambora, which offers a secure electronic payment solution.
Paid parking agreements are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for purchasing the correct parking agreement for the station where the customer is parking.
The customer is responsible for stating the correct registration number in the agreement, and at all times having the correct registration number associated with the agreement.
Commuter parking agreements are not valid for spaces marked "for a fee".
The parking agreement is only valid for one vehicle per parking agreement.
Bane NOR only allows the purchase of one parking agreement per agreement type.
Bane NOR does not guarantee available parking spaces.
Any appeal against a parking sanction imposed must be addressed to the parking company. Information about where to appeal can be found on the control sanction.
Lillestrøm car park
At Lillestrøm car park Senter Syd, license plate recognition is used when entering and exiting, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the car's registration plate is clearly visible and readable at all times.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the agreement is linked to the correct registration number at all times, as the registration number is used when entering and exiting the parking garage.
An extra fee for entering the parking garage by drawing a ticket (in case of lack of license plate recognition) may apply, and any refund must be directed to Q-park.
Access to the bike hotel is only valid when payment has been made.
Bane NOR can automatically and immediately stop access if it turns out that payment with a registered payment card is incorrect.
You are responsible for locking the bike in a rack with its own lock. Bane NOR is not responsible for stolen bicycles.
The bicycle hotel must not be used for storage of objects other than bicycles and bicycle trailers. Other movable property is removed without notice. This includes locks, chargers, bags, and bags that are not attached to bicycles. Bags and bags must not protrude into the traffic zone or obstruct parking on neighboring racks.
The bicycle hotel is a parking facility for active travellers, and should not be used for long-term storage of bicycles.
Bicycles parked for longer than 1 week may be clearly marked with a notice of removal and then removed after a given time.
The bicycle hotels are under camera surveillance. The surveillance is used to assist in guarding the bicycle hotels.

At Bane NOR, we take privacy seriously because it is about our respect for you as a customer. The processing of personal data is subject to the Personal Data Act, and Bane NOR processes customers' personal data in accordance with this Act.

A few digits from the card number; can be used so that you can recognize which of your payment cards is registered in the service.
Name, E-mail and/or mobile number; by contacting Bane NOR's customer centre.
Bane NOR processes personal data to carry out number plate registration for static analysis when necessary.
Bane NOR uses partners to follow up the agreement on parking.

Storage and storage time
Of the personal data that must be processed about you as a customer, the following is stored:
- Mobile number: stored with System Supplier and Bane NOR.
- Registration number: stored with the System Supplier, the parking companies and municipal parking inspectors.
- Card number: a few digits of the card number are stored with the System Supplier, and other payment information with the Payment Company.
- E-mail: when contacting Bane NOR's customer centre, an e-mail address is saved.
We do not store your data for longer and to a greater extent than necessary. In accordance with accounting legislation, Bane NOR must store information that is necessary for purchase purposes for 5 years.
Your data will be deleted when we can no longer have obligations under the agreement you have entered into with us or other regulations.
You have the right to access what personal data we process and how we process it.
Only employees of Bane NOR and Bane NOR's partners have direct responsibility for following up the agreement and have access to the personal data. This is done, for example, through access management, operation of infrastructure, firewalls and access control and camera surveillance.
The information Bane NOR stores about you must always be correct, and you have the right to request that the information be changed if it is incorrect.
Any rights that you cannot manage yourself via the app can be addressed to Bane NOR by email kundesenter@banenor.no. Changes and deletion of personal data at our partners are directed directly to the relevant partner.
You have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about our processing of personal data.
