The station is situated in the western part of Oslo’s city center. The station is divided into two underground station halls. Tracks 1 and 2 are used by the west- and southbound trains. Tracks 3 and 4 are used by east- and northbound trains.

Airport express trains depart from track 3 or 4 every 20 minutes.

Underground trains in Oslo (Oslo Sporveier) also serve the station.
