Assistance services at the station

Do you have a need for assistance at the train station? Assistance services at the stations must be booked at least 24 hours before travelling for guaranteed assistance at the desired time.

How to order special assistance services

Access hours phone services / Opening hours

  • Monday – Friday 8 AM – 7 PM
  • Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 9 AM – 3 PM

 When ordering, please inform us of:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Your specific assistance needs
  • Departure station and desired meeting point at the station
  • Arrival station
  • Time of departure and arrival
  • Any other information

Wheelchair

If you use a wheelchair, please indicate the weight and size and whether the wheelchair can be folded. If you want to bring your wheelchair to the train, please be aware that it cannot be larger than 70cm x 120cm.

 When to arrive at the station?

It is recommended to arrive at the station at least 30 minutes prior to regular departure time. Tickets must be ordered from the train operator.

Warranty

Bane NOR guarantees that customers who order assistance services at least 24 hours prior to the train journey will receive assistance at the desired time. If assistance is requested later than 24 hours before travel, Bane NOR will try to help but cannot guarantee the service.
